    San Marzano Tomatoes – Why?

    San Marzano tomatoes DOP grow at the foot of Mount Vesuvius near Naples in volcanic soil. They are sweeter, less acidic and have fewer seeds than regular tomatoes. Essential for authentic Pizza napoletana.
