The Speranza family has run STORIA since 2015 – with the cuisine of their homeland, the Cilento in Southern Italy. Domenico and Nicola Speranza bring a piece of Campania to Maxvorstadt: Neapolitan stone-oven pizza at over 400°C with 48 to 72 hours of dough maturation, daily homemade pasta and fresh fish – in the heart of Munich.

Our Kitchen – Authentically Italian
At STORIA, everything revolves around quality and tradition. We bake our pizza in a stone oven at over 400°C – crispy, airy and following the original recipe. The dough rests for at least 48 hours; the tomatoes come from San Marzano.
Fresh pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi is prepared daily by hand. We also serve Mediterranean seafood, classic antipasti and homemade dolci. Our wine list features over 60 Italian wines from selected family estates.
